I have very minor scratch and it did not remove it. I tried the product. I wouldn't waste your money.
After you run the car through the wash you may realize that you pretty much wasted your time and money, so much for the permanent fix it says on the box. Tried a couple of coats and it appeared to work great, but once you apply the finish the scratches come back out, maybe not as much without it. Still may be the best scratch repair product out there.
Does not remove scratches, even light ones. Used as directed and only gave the impression of removing the scratches.
All required steps were taken with utmost care with no positive result, not even in the minor part. Great scratch to prove products worth. I think $20.00 for Quixx is too much, I cannot rate Quixx any higher. Had 6" vertical scratch in tailgate of titanium gray 2009 Element. scratch went from hardly visible to deep. Went to my Honda dealership and purchased a bottle ($10) of touchup, applied and it looks very good now.
It was well worth the $20. I thought I would try these scratch repair kits advertised on TV, but checked with Consumers Guide which had the highest rating for the "Quixx paint scratch remover". Someone keyed the rear panels and I was faced with a costly and time comsuming paint repair. You can't notice the scratches unless you lean down and look really closely. I have a five year old maseratti quatroporte with 17,000 miles on it. Kept in a garage and in great condition. I followed the directions and the results were 95% perfect.
